First, I will say I've never had a bad experience with the optometrists themselves at Waverley Eye Care. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The 3-star rating is because the receptionists at this clinic are just terrible. For over a month now I have been trying to order a refill on some contacts, but I wanted to switch to another brand and called to ask about the available options. They said they would call me back, but never did. So I called again about a week later and the same thing happened. They were also rude and dismissive on the phone. Finally called and left a message just asking for a copy of my contact prescription so at a minimum I could get it filled somewhere else, as I'm almost out. Never got a reply. I've been at this clinic since before the pandemic and have run into similar issues with the reception the entire time, it makes dealing with them almost not worth it. Edit: After I posted this review, the optometrist got in touch with me and resolved my issue. Once again, the doctors are great and I would recommend them, but the communication from the front desk is really lacking.

I valued the friendly welcome and acceptance as patients. We recently moved to this part of the city and were looking for a new optometrist. The eye examination went very well. My current glasses didn't fit me well and after several attempts at adjustments at another location I had all but given up on them, but was pleasantly surprised when they were adjusted here and now fit comfortably. I am thankful.
