For 20 years I have been with this company .John retired 2 years ago..what use to take 6 weeks has now turned into 6 months. They have had my shoes to modify since Feb 13.. they called and told me they were done. But they forgot what they were supposed to be doing .so now I have to wait longer

Not happy. My 86 yrs old mother fell and broke her back. We requested changes to her back 3 x and they are still not changing it the way we requested. She cannot wear the brace for more than one hour. Too painful under her arms!

just lazy receptionists. they tell you they direct bill to blue cross over and over and then wait until the day of your appointment to tell you they can't bill blue cross. I mean I even called them the day before to confirm the appointment and they said nothing. after bussing and cabbing I'm pretty disappointed I wasted my time with them. I was excited to get new insoles for 2 weeks. my feet have been killing me lol... but yeah, a simple phone call could of saved me cab fare and effort. oh well... even if i could afford the $600 for custom orthopedic insoles, I wouldn't go here for it. I'm going to tell all my co-workers not to go here either.

As a new patient at Anderson Orthotics I have to say Im extremely pleased with my initial results. As a patient at another clinic I found myself extremely frustrated with how my progress had stalled, the continuous adjustments and excuses began to wear on me. At first I blamed myself and condition for the tough fit but after 3 or 4 visits to Anderson Im walking straighter, taller and most importantly, more comfortable. Peter is a genuinely nice guy and takes your concerns and opinions to heart. He explains everything clearly and work is done in a timely manner and with great skill. So happy I made the move and will be able to get on with life. Mexico here I come and Ill be able to walk!!
