04/20 11:37AM Went in this place at outlet collections,no one ever greeted,asked or helped me if i needed assistance or what. Store is not even busy,im the only one customer there. Girl in there would not even look at you and just ignore you unless you ask for something.will not ever go back to this store.

Worst Client service. Rude manager and sales associate. I purchased a winter boot on the Nov 29, 2022, at (Outlet mall) in Winnipeg. The boot got spoilt, took it back to exchange on December 26, 2022. The sale associate refused to exchange, then I asked to speak with the most senior personnel to explain my ordeal. She came out, refused to exchange and told me to leave, or she is calling security on me. I was really embarrassed, as people's attention were already drawn to us; she was talking so loudly. To say I was mortified, is an understatement. I was like "wow", is this how to treat your customer? She even said I could go sell them off, on facebook market, she doesn't care. Now I have a boot I bought for winter, sitting duck in my closet, coz I can't wear it. As a student (my first winter in Winnipeg) it is painful, paying that huge amount, only for it to waste. I can never recommend any of my friends coming to Cananda to go for this brand. Reading the reviews here says a lot about this brand
