All the staff I interacted with over the phone and in person were knowledgeable, polite, friendly and courteous. They fixed my issue and set me up for success. Great work and customer service.

        New owners won't honor warranty. Tried to get an item replaced under warranty and was denied stating the former life time warranty has been cancelled. Dealt with a lot of scope companies and never been met with such poor customer care.
