Went during BOGO sale. Included exterior paint which was a great deal. I was having a challenging decision with paint colours as I didn't see exactly what I was looking for. The employee was so helpful and made a custom colour to suit my needs. It was really appreciated and paint buying experience like no other. Business also offers a CAA discount if no other sale available.

They gave us a can of paint matching the right colour name from an old paint can we brought in, but they did not match the actual recipe on the can. After we came home and painted and realized it wasnt drying the same, we noticed the recipe wasnt matched. We went back and to our astonishment, they refused to give us a correct can of paint without us paying for it and essentially paying for their mistake! Been buying from these guys for the past seven years but now will make our trips to a different location. Lesson: check the recipe of what they give you and dont go by the colour name because they admit there can be multiple recipes in the system for the same colour name!
