Sigh. What can you do on a tiny plot called a park? This answers the question: how ridiculously small can a park be? I gave it three stars because at least theres grass on it. Theres no wild life on it, no squatters living there, and theres no mess. Does anybody mow or tend to this park? Any festivals pre-COVID-19?
