FNP Parking

Received a warning ticket today (Sunday feb 19th) after a 1hour visit to forks with family. After finding almost all lot's full and seeing 4 cars parked in fire lane by front door with no tickets (three of the cars were still there an hour later when I went back to my truck with no tickets on there windows) I found a stall in North lot from train caboose. I went to 4 different machines all saying they do not take change. A guy told me that "1" machine does take change somewhere on property but did not know where. irritated... but okay, I tried paying with my Mastercard at closest machines to me and had them say could not read card, funny cause I use it daily at other lot's and meters around Winnipeg square and have no issues. those being my only two options I gave up and went shopping in your businesses spent about $100 in the hour and returned to truck to find a warning ticket scolding me for not paying and reminding me that parking money helps pay for things at the forks! So I guess if you guys are gonna not take change or have machines that work I will be shopping elsewhere. And encourage others to do the same. I don't feel I should be downloading parking apps or being forced to pay with a credit card. bottom line - you lost my future business today. would give zero stars if I could - strictly due to your messed up parking. regards.

If I could give you 0 I would. Not only did you ruin santa pictures for us this past christmas by not having cash parking available at Portage place, but now the forks and the children's museum has become even more inaccessible due to the lack of cash payment for parking. Thank you for ruining mothers day for us and many other families. We were not the only ones who left frustrated and angry.

I contacted FNP by email late July. It has been 11\2 months with no resolution to my request after multiple emails. I asked for the manager's contact information and it was not provided. Negative experience and a waste of my time.
