NEVER AGAIN! delivery driver showed up HOURS late with no response to multiple calls or texts. He then drove right into our back yard wedding venue as we were about to walk down the isle delaying our ceremony by 30 minutes. Staff and owner blatantly ignored our attempts to rectify the situation. Hope my 250$ is worth your reputation in this small city.

This company was booked through our wedding planner and I will never use them or recommend them. They called me took my money and then showed up hours late no calls to say they were delayed no return calls to the planner. When they did show up it was right as my wedding was starting it was delayed over 30 min and we had to buy ice just to have cold drinks ready. When I called to complain they never once returned my calls this company will never be used by me or anyone I know horrible customer service

I rented a fridge for my Wedding for $200 and was told that delivery would cost me $180, I then got a truck and went to pick up myself. The fridge was extremely old, and after plugging in it was making a terrible loud noise, I called/messaged Bradley who told me there was nothing he could do. Zero empathy and no will to find a solution to a customer on the wedding day. Next day when I brought the fridge back, a very moody worker complained that the fridge was laying down on the truck and that I did a terrible mistake. I will never do business with this company again.

Terrible experience, poor customer services, low quality, we will make a report to Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, the ice has not the sanitation standards
