Chair-ish Your Moments

We dealt with this company for our wedding and did not have a good experience. Our wedding was over 4 hours away from where pickup was for the items so I had a family member pick up. We had rented napkins, table coverings and drapery. When opening the boxes she sent I quickly realized the colors of half the table clothes were the wrong color. We were also short 30 napkins. It was a huge conniption trying to find replacement napkins and table cloths last minute as you can imagine. I have tried to contact them and ask them for some sort of reimbursement multiple times as we didn't use the napkins or table clothes but I have been rudely ignored. I was hoping for more professionalism when dealing with wedding rentals.

I used CYM decor for my wedding. Amanda and her team responded quickly to any requests I had, as well as many changes I made along the way she accommodated without hesitation. We showed her a little bit of what we wanted our venue to look like (backyard venue) and I really wasnt sure what to expect. I was BLOWN away at how amazing it looked and highly exceeded my expectations. Couldnt be happier. They worked so hard setting this up and taking it down! I highly recommend using them for any event. Will be using them again! Thank you CYM decor

Never heard back from owner when establishing consultation. Comes across as unreliable and opted for different option.
