        Please!!! Canada needs to reduce their government employee for 10% each year. We dont need that much lazy people and poor service!

        Was told passport form was ok. I was called by passport services it was not and told staff are not trained to give that information. Given a number that you can only fax forms to since getting a day off to wait in in line for 8 hours is hard none of them go through what a waste of time. This makes the government look bad.
