O May 5, 2022, I made an appointment for a Residential Estimate of replacing the gravel that I have on my driveway with concrete. They came on May 16, 2022, and generated a quote on May 19. So far so good. The quote was approved on May 24, 2022. Since then, I received an email asking permittion to apply for a permit to change my approach only on 19 July 2022. After that, I thought It would be ready to be done. But then I got no more phone back and they did not reply to my email at all. I had to call them to check the status a bunch of times, just for them to tell me that the company they would hire to do the concreted had 3 employers that quit the job and they had no idea when they would be able to make the job. After some time I give them a call and they told me they would not be able to make the driveway with the original quote and also would not be able to be done in 2022.
