I live in Vancouver. My sister's apartment in Winnipeg had already been sprayed twice for bedbugs by the pest control company hired by the building. However, the problem was still serious and the building management was slow in responding. I contacted Jagdev at North Pole Pest Control on a Thursday night and he was there on Saturday morning. Jagdev was on the phone with me while he inspected the furniture for the source of the infestation. He recommended disposing of the bedspring and a bedside table which were affected. Jagdev even took the extra time to help take down fabric curtains. He then thoroughly sprayed the apartment. A couple months later, there were recurring sightings of bedbugs in the apartment. Again, Jagdev attended on short notice, completed an inspection for the source and found a wooden chair which was infested. He sprayed the apartment again making sure to target the baseboards and any other possible problem areas. In both instances, Jagdev was patient, professional and went above and beyond to be helpful and explain. I am grateful that I hired North Pole and would call them again for any future services.
