        We bought a cat tree from here 6 months ago. It was manufactured by pet valu and came apart at the seems. When we went to talk to them, they told us they could offer us 10% off of a replacement.. we then went in looking for a cat bed. We found one priced $19.99. When they rang it up, it came up as $39.99. Instead of honouring the price that it was ticketed, the manager said they could do 15% off. When talking to the manager and saying how its ticketed at $19.99, she said she wont give it to us for that price. So between the two incidents, I highly suggest going somewhere else where they stand by their products and have better customer service.
