        VERY disappointed. Bought a $30 dollar toy for my puppy maybe 18 hours ago. She didn't even play with the igloo. Went to give it to her today and realized it is torn at the seam. Brought it back to the store to exchange and was told no. Very disappointed in the customer service and even more so you can dee it ripped at the stitch in the seam NOT RIPPED from my dog. Will not come here again. Will also be posting on social media with pictures not sure how to do that here

        They had an awesome selection of products. Lots of parking right out front and staff were pleasant and helpful. Definitely a good rewards program too. These guys have free delivery in the city. Definitely worth giving them a try!

        These guys are top notch. Delivery is incredible. Customer service is probably the best I have received in a long time. I definitely would say give them an opportunity to earn your business they did with me by bringing in all of our petfood and I don't need to go anywhere else.
