We have had nothing but bad services from this pharmacy. First off, waited about half an hour on the phone. When the rude lady answered she cut me before I could finish asking my question and when I did ask, she said: Ill transfer you over and places me on hold again. Been waiting ten minutes now. If you cant be nice to people dont work dealing with people. I understand you are having a bad day but guess what now you ruined my day with you nasty attitude. I will never buy medicine from this place ever again. And I will make sure I tell others the same.

Prescriptions take forever here. Over 45 minutes wait to be told they still hadnt started working on it. Definitely do not recommend the pharmacy here

This happened last year but, I was shopping for skincare products for myself and for a potential gift for someone in the cosmetics area. Lady asked if I needed help and explained to me about the products. Since I was still shopping around trying to find a lipstick, I placed one of the skin products somewhere since I decided to not get it, I was sure I had placed it back where I got it from and if not it, it was placed still in the cosmetics area. However, that lady that helped me was watching me consistently and then asked me questions like where did I place the product. It felt like she was implying that I was shoplifting despite me paying for one of the products AND was watching me. I know they wouldnt have proof from their footage because I never stole anything yet this experience had me felt so humiliated, I felt discriminated because I am a teenager even though I have a job at kp mall as well. I cannot recall if the employees name but it was an Asian lady. Its insane how many other reviews can relate to this yet nothing changes.
