I dont know why I continue to shop here. The bad experiences out weigh the good. Found the drugstore to be very helpful on a matter but it still seems there is massive inexperience with other staff when a pharmacy has no idea what a narcan kit is and why someone would want one. The other staff seem over worked rushing to stock shelves in the middle of trying to help staff and customers. The post staff definitely seem overworked and not happy. Maybe a pay increase or more staff might help. Stop being cheap

The pharmacy staff are not friendly, prescriptions are never ready on time or are inaccurate, and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

My husband just came back from Rexall on Henderson. Worst and most unprofessional post office person. This person was most unwelcoming when he wanted to pay for postage. Big eye rolls and huge sighs when he wanted to pay by debit. Hey buddy it isnt what you say that makes people remember how you made them feel, it is how you treat people. Maybe go back to customer service 101. Without customers you dont have a job.

The pharmacist acts like a know it all but yet unable to provide guidance to customers on over the counter options when a doctor is not available..
