Loblaw Pharmacy

Always has an excuse not to get our prescription out on time.. every time every service always fails one way or another.. pick service came early.. then they were on time.. but they were too busy to get the prescription ready.. then they said something about the delivery service was always late.. been going there for 30yrs.. this last 5 or so has me looking for a new pharmacy.. I don't enjoy be talked to in that manor..

If only there was an option for zero stars! This pharmacy never has ANYTHING in stock. Every time, we call for a refill - they have to order and its a 3 day delay. IF their phone actually works to get through. They dont turn their lines on so that they dont have to accept calls! 10am and the lines are not open. Then, Imagine going to fill a prescription for antibiotics because they have not opened their phone lines and being told to come back in 3 days because they have to order. What?!! This happened twice in the last 3 months within our family. When you are prescribed an antibiotic...you kinda need to start taking it that day! Every single time, there is a problem. Recently they would not fill my 2 prescriptions together even though my doctor prescribed them together! Finally Just pulled my familys prescriptions from here. Took them to another local pharmacy and the pharmacist couldnt beleive that they would not fill my prescription! He actually said that is rediculous Very unprofessional but most of all, so scary how unreliable they are when they do provide you with your medications (most of the time, you are missing dosages) ...how they still have a licence to operate is beyond me.

They are kind and professional here. They always accommodate my needs even if I call last minute having forgot to renew my prescription ahead of time. I've never had a bad experience with them.
