The worse customer service ever, u have to wait for half and hour to get one over the counter medication

A couple of months ago I Moved all my prescriptions to the pharmacy and the people. There are a very nice look after me.

This location is understaffed. Its not the staffs fault that line up at cash gets really long. The staff are quite friendly and do a great job. I found that they tend to have higher levels of stock, specially with items on sale compared to other locations so I would come back to this location if other locations dont have an item in stock.

Usually ok to pick up some grocery items. Have had a couple of negative experiences, but management is responsive. My only real complaint is that managers can get annoying with pushing the reward cards. Even if there's a big line up, managers will hold up the entire line while they try to push the reward cards on customers. The regular employees don't have this problem. Some people don't collect rewards. Regular employees respect the customer's choice and they keep the line moving. Here's a quote to guide you: "When there's no line, you keep the customer talking as long as you can. But when there's a line, you push the customers through as fast as you can." Trust me. I used to do customer service. Customers like a fast line on busy days.
