I do a lot of business travel(100+ flights per year) and for the first time I forgot my medication at home (I live in Medicine Hat, AB). I was staying at the airport and called this location to ask if they could supply me just enough pills to last me until the end of this week. I gave all the information they could have needed (Rx numbers, drug names, Rexall location at home) and I was told no problem. I would receive a call in an hour or two when things were ready.... I received a call the next day after I had already left the city on to my next destination for more meetings. I have been a loyal Rexall customer for years however that will be changing starting now. No update on how things were progressing, just crickets. I explained how uncomfortable things are for me without my medication but I guess that didnt matter. I will be moving my business to another pharmacy as I feel that type of service is unacceptable. I do not leave negative reviews very often (check my profile). This experience left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. Very disappointed with Rexall overall but this exact location specifically.
