My husband gets his medication from here ,its always ready when he goes in I don't even have to call when I have she has them ready its great to have a great pharmacist

I can't speak in terms of the doctor and care of this place but the person that takes the phone calls for the pharmacy should not be taking phone calls. There is a point where a language barrier gets to be too great that it is very frustrating and unproductive. Basic English is a necessity when taking phone calls about important medical information. It's sad when you spend 10 minutes going over the spelling of a name because you don't know the correct letters of the English alphabet. Also, mannerisms start to fail when normal conversation is not adhered to. Talking is all over the place and not conducive to the subject matter. Not good!

I received excellent treatment and service at Panacea Pharmacy. The physician is polite and friendly. It is a great choice for lower prices and qualitative treatment.

Horrible communication and customer service. there was a sign outdoors saying they accept walk-ins. we told them our symptoms they said we would have to wait an hour, we agreed to be out on the waiting list but she denied seeing us since my mom had mild chest pain and they can't do anything to cure that. as i was trying to communicate with them how my symptoms are different from my moms she completely blew me off and started taking to other patients. Then I tried to speak to another man at the front desk. He simply kept on repeating the fact that i had to go see my family doctor since they can't treat chest pain. i repeated that i don't have chest pain and that i can't see my family doctor since they're closed and he turned his back away from me and started talking on the phone to try and ignore me.
