Shoppers Drug Mart

This location (plessis) has the rudest staff working for the pharmacy. I have gone there a handful of times and each time the staff have been completely rude. Save yourself the headache and go to sobeys in the same strip mall - they are so much more friendly (and way faster)

Mountain/mcphillips gave my prescription to a stranger but insisted I had someone pick up for me. I dropped my daughters prescription off at this plessis location at 4pm and said I would be back at 8am. Oh you can't we open at 8 and aren't ready. So at 830 I went. Waited for the man ahead to finish paying and she starts into a long story to him about denting her car full knowing I've been standing and waiting. Finally get to the counter and the meds still weren't ready and having computer start up issues so it couldn't be filled. They did give me one pill. Thanks

Worst shoppers pharmacy around the city they can not even have an order on time, the pharmacist is a jerk alternating prescriptions, leaving patients without medication because they havent check their fax, theres always an excuse abs she is pretending to be smarter, someone must educate this people.
