Ordered "next day prints" online and got an email saying the product was delayed. Two weeks passed and I checked the order status again and still said delayed. I decided to go into the store to see if they might be ready anyways and was told that around the holidays, sometimes orders that are delayed get cancelled (apparently without refund or notice?). So I called customer service and they confirmed that the order had in fact been cancelled (without refund or notice) and asked me if I wanted to go ahead with the order. Um, yes? That is why I ordered it.

I would NOT go there to get passport pictures done. Twice it was not correct. Do not offer a service you cannot accurately and competently provide.

The photo centre closes at 9pm despite it saying open till 11pm. False advertising is not appreciated. Most of the staff is underpaid and under-trained. No one knows whats going on, and the amount of waste and plastic creates is terrible. Avoid at all costs.
