        Contacted countless times to get our wedding photos. I even dropped off a flash drive to him to put the photos on. Never heard from him ever again and our wedding photos are probably gone by now. So crushed.

        Nghia failed to print our $1000 wedding album. He promised to get our album done since 2016 but still has not provided a wedding album to us. His common excuses were he was out of town or will get it done soon. He even offered us a gift for waiting for him for so long. Many emails and phone calls were left unresponded to.

        Nghia cheated me and lost my wedding pictures 5 years ago and has done nothing to rectify the matter. False promises to correct the problem. He took full payment and lost 30 minutes worth of pictures during my wedding.
