Lift Fitness is one of if not THE best private gym in the city of Winnipeg. Chris and El are extremely knowledgeable and provide a safe and comfortable environment to reach and maximize your fitness goals. Chris has helped me tremendously on my journey to achieve my idea of what I want for my body. I have put on so much muscle and strength, I truly could not have done it without him and I STILL to this day continue to receive his guidance. My partner and I Love Lift Fitness and Chris and El!

I absolutely hate leaving reviews, so the fact that I'm taking the time to write this already says something... I've only been training with Chris for a couple of months and I'm already receiving the best backhanded compliments from work acquaintances!! In all seriousness, workouts with Chris are always fun, or at least productive...He really does know his stuff, even though I question everything, he always seems to get it right. The best part is the individualized attention and private gym. For a complete newbie like me it has allowed me to try things I would have never done in public on my own!! I'm really glad I stumbled across lift!!

Been going to lift for three years now! Chris is a fantastic trainer! Really knows his craft well, and provides a variety of training programs(boxing, muay thai, interval) to keep you constantly challenged.
