Coming in from never having heard of, thought of really knowing anything about Pilates, or my own body as I have now learned during our classes. The instructor has opened up new light into the understanding and capabilities my body has, and the ability to keep it going for some time. Gong from pains through out the body from what I thought was just construction work bangs and bruises. To retraining the bodies posture and movements as they should be. To now being able sleep through out the night without arms going numb from lack of blood flow. Learning the art of Melting allowing hands, feet, legs regain proper blood flow and postures, she has help save my knees and back, arms from pain due to these techniques. Highly recommended, Looking forward to continuing the art of Pilates and the power it brings. Sincerely,

Beautiful studio! Private, clean space. Instructor is very knowledgeable. I love the one on one instruction it really gives Rose the ability to tailor the workout to suit my specific needs and goals. I feel amazing after my Pilates sessions and I love how MELT method has changed my body. Pilates really is for anyone at any age and rose is one of the most dedicated, educated and motivated instructors I have seen.
