Very friendly staff, but pizza was bad - burned and undercooked at once, very oily, meat toppings seemed low quality

Ordered online then got a call saying they had no bacon. It is what it is not the end of the world but the woman said I couldn't cancel online and had to go in and get cash. Again not the end of the world but she asked ME how much I told her 18.75 because of a 2.00 tip I even showed the email saying 18.75. She seemed shocked and ended up only giving me 16.75 so they kept the tip. This would have been my first time going and most definitely wont be going back.

After enjoying Fast Fired in Brandon we were excited to try the Regent location. The toppings tasted old, pizza fell apart when youd pick it up, we were sold an expired jalapeo dip on the side. Service was slow and overall not a great experience, we likely wont be back.

I ordered the pasta and it is delicious! The pasta is perfectly cooked the the sauce is wonderful. Will definitely be ordering again.
