2023-04-26 at about 7:30. Saw ad on CBC for $26 special. I called them to order it and they said it was now $28. I told them I just saw it, it was $26. They didnt care. I told them it is illegal to advertise one price and charge a different price. They said that they just changed there prices a while ago. Then they tried to tell me that they dont advertise on the TV. Well fortunately it played again at the next commercial break. So. Took pictures, Clearly showing the advertised price and there logo. This is incredibly dishonest and I would encourage everyone to check there pricing before ordering or frequent a more honest establishment. 2023-05-01 at about 3:00 pm. Pizza hotline offered me $5 but side they will continue to run the ad until some time this week end. I refused the $5 because that in no way addresses the issue. I feel an appropriate response would be to refund the $2 to everyone that bought that deal during the advertisement run. I'm not sure what to say about a company that is ok with knowingly scamming their customers and plans to continue at least for a little while. Just reporting what happened. Take it for what you will.

Went to pickup a takeout order, was told they had burnt it and were making me replacement pizzas. Ok no problem, accidents happen. Wait 10 minutes for the remade pizzas, get home to find out they gave me one of the pizzas they had originally burnt and remade only 1 of them. So to save the company what i assume is about $5(their cost), they actually cost the company the 1 or 2 orders per week($25-$50) i have been making. Great business model idiots

We ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza. Which came with 2 hairs that we didnt orders. We also ordered chicken wings which were so dry the sauce didnt help
