These company is a complete joke. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use this company. They lie and treat their customers like complete garbage. I have nothing good come from this company. Half the system installed and promises that never happen. Please beware when buying from this company. I will never use this company again. There service is garbage there next day call backs never come. Filter changes never happen. Like I said at the start. COMPLETE JOKE

We had our filters changed five weeks ago (mid June). On July 1, we noticed reduced pressure in reverse osmosis tap. We called and the president dropped by to check. He told us that it was the filters and they will change it. That was first week of July. Couple of times our calls were returned with a promise to be there in a day or two. For past two weeks, our calls are not even returned

I have been unable to contact anyone to to replace my Reverse Osmosis filters or fix my water softener. I have left three voice-mails and a request via email over the last two weeks. If you have an alternative, don't use them.

Still haven't been able to get ahold of them after trying for months. I'm having issues with my filtration system. No answer and no one returns my calls. I've even emailed them. Nothing. I do not recommend their services to anyone.
