        We were facing the second day of showing our home for sale and the powder room toilet was running; and of course the shut off valve didn't work. Faced with cancelling all showings that day, we called Howell with an "economic emergency". John came within a half hour (we are talking 7:30 am) in good spirits and skilled hands. Showings went forward as planned and 5 days later we posted a sold sign. Thank you John & Howell for coming to our rescue! Service: Toilet repair

        Our hot water heater was arcing and leaking. Leslie looked after us and kept us up to date on when the new heater would arrive. John and Beau installed it and were extremely professional. They explained the condo water system to me and left the area cleaner than when they got there. Very reasonable rates. I would recommend them on a heartbeat.
