I tried to replace my showers leaking cartridge myself, twisted the retainer ring too hard, cracked a small tube in the valve, and so couldnt turn our water back on without it leaking in our wall. Called Plimcor who came over and capped the lines so we could have our house water back on for a few days while we ordered a special shower valve. They returned with the special valve and were able to replace the broken shower valve from the shower side so we didnt have to have a hole cut in our drywall on the other side. This valve doesnt have the weaknesses our original valve had. Then they reconnected the lines and we were left better off than we were before the shower leak. Very pleased with the results! As pain-free of an experience of having a plumbing issue in your house can be. Sent Henry a few pictures of the problem via text, after which he confirmed the problems with a quick site visit and provided a quote. Arrived on-time, completed the job quicker than expected, and remedied some additional issues with the job from prior homeowners. Great experience overall, would highly recommend. Plimcor Plumbing was the third plumber I called. The two companies I called first were unable to determine what the problem was. It ended up being a waste of money. I called Henry at Plimcor. He came quickly assessed the problem explained it thoroughly to me and asked if I wanted to proceed. Im very grateful that we said yes. The problem was fixed quickly. Henry called a few days later to make sure that everything was working properly. Great follow-up!! The only thing is I wish I had called Plimcor first. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
