Kernels Popcorn

I went yesterday, January 1st 2023 at around 1:30 pm, looking to purchase 2 large bags and 2 medium bags for my family get together. There was a sign on the counter saying "be back in a few". My girlfriend and I waited around 25 minutes for these "few" minutes but had to leave without the product so we wouldn't be late for the get together. I'm very disappointed in this because I've known kernels for caring staff but if you've got a sign saying you'll be back in a few minutes, I expect a few minutes. Nothing more than 10 minutes, never mind 25+

The manager who served me was personable. She seemed to have a great rapport with the next customer in line. As she fulfilled my order she bantered with him. The popcorn was good.

Manager (tall, black hair, tattoos) is awful. Head was down looking at her phone for about 2-3 minutes before she even realized I was there. When she finally noticed me, she wasnt very friendly or personable at all. I shop in the mall frequently and she always looks miserable when she works, now I know it doesnt change when a customer is in front of her. Ended up not even buying anything.
