Our hockey team worked with Jason in Brandon - Jason's customer service was second to none - he was always prompt to reply to emails or phone calls and was always quick to let us know he was working on it even if he didn't have an immediate answer. All product was delivered on time or early, and our team is thrilled with the results! Would recommend to any team.

Shippam has handled all our branded items for many years and we couldn't be happier. Jason, our rep here in Brandon always finds us the quality we want, at a price we like. When great deals come along on items he thinks we may be interested in, he always lets us know. Jason brings us as many samples as we need to make decisions, an option you typically don't have on the internet. Makes it easy to buy local!

I had a fantastic experience working with Shippam. Our rep Marcus did an excellent job of sourcing the jackets for us. Everyone loved the quality and style, exactly what we were looking for. He came to our office to show us the pre-production sample. Also, he went beyond and dropped the jackets at our office when the courier guy was running late. Marcus is very friendly and professional. He was terrific at keeping us posted on the status of our order. I am pleased with the customer service and would recommend Shippam for any of your marketing needs.
