        I currently use this company's service. We pay for the priority service as we didn't want ice/ snow build up. They come armed with a plastic shovel, skim the top and leave. We go out after them and scape the stairs so we don't fall. My parking stall has a slope from both sides so when walking beside the car you slip. Ice and snow built up on sidewalk so need to be careful walking. Not the service I expected from the reviews.
