Company expects you to keep garbage in your apartment from Thursday through to Monday because they only want to pay for one garbage dumpster in a building with 30 units. Schinkle Properties expects to be able to do the bare minimum to collect your monthly earnings. Strongly advise looking into another property manager if you are considering a move. Kind regards.

Read another review that mentioned an employee by name and I wanted to chirp in and add my two cents! Recently went through the application process and was super disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Emails being skimmed over, vague responses, and overall ignorance. I also realize I had been lied to about the availability of the suite I had been inquiring about. Already rented out I was told after going about the entire process (and being told by someone else that we were approved) looking back it seems they lied to push the more expensive (and in a much worse area) building on me. A few days later I get a response from the current tenant on FB letting me know its still available for sublet. Extremely poor communication. Ive dealt with property management companies like this before but this was an Incredibly rude and awful experience. I highly suggest reviewing basic customer service standards.

I dont think Alyssa Y. can read I have questions in every email, and not a single one has been answered. Its like she only reads the first three words of each email, because her responses are completely irrelevant or something weve already discussed that Ive declined Ive been bothered in my building for three months, to the point Of being forced out of my home on six occasions, dozens of sleepless nights, and constant disruptions from my neighbour Alyssa told me that she wont be doing anything, because during the 12 seconds she spent on my floor she didnt hear a disturbance, which is clearly comparable to living next to it for three months Then proceeded to call me, telling me the building owners and management team want to terminate my lease so I could leave the building early, without any monetary assistance for relocation. She wants me to spend more money to move so Ill stop begging her to do her job, imagine that Im actually shocked at how this management team chooses to treat the people theyre supposed to help Absolutely pathetic Edit to reply to your reply: yes, I know. As Ive stated in my review the option was to end my tenancy so Alyssa can keep believing she and Schinkel properties are above the bylaws. Was the reply to my review from Alyssa? Sounds like her, not reading everything fully like usual

The team at Schinkel Properties is absolutely helpful in every way! Sabrina went out of her way to make sure my condo unit was always taken care of! Great team to work with!
