It was worst experience dealing with royal realty They guys held my application for 13 days for 1051 Taylor avenue and then rejected my application saying that they rented to someone else 2 days ago when no one else viewed the apartment as per resident staying in the unit. Never ever deal with them

Was enjoying a meal at Stellas restaurant when a group of people, were talking negatively about Royal Realty 1181 Pembina Hwy, I am a small landlord am appalled by the treatment of the tenants , sure sounds like royal realty knows how to screw people around .I wont go into details here but you guys should treat tenants better and return damage deposits quicker as you give all landlords a bad name and lower our good reputation ,Im just saying the stories I heard sounded very sincere

I've been renting my little apartment for a year and a half now. I love my apartment. The block its self is soo clean. Always. The resident manager is always on top of cleaning and with any issues that may come if there are anything. Office staff always answer questions I have. Super friendly and very welcoming when you go into the office.
