Oak & Apple has always responded to maintenance requests promptly and it is no fault of their own if delays are caused due to parts being ordered ect. They remain diligent in keeping tenants up to date (from my experience over several years) and are a fair and reasonable agency. They are personable and a pleasure to deal with. A big THANK YOU to Sharayah who has always taken the time to personally respond to me even tho Idont believe it was her department to do so, and to Destiny for her promptness in responding to maintenance requests and even to Jamie who has been professional and understanding. No complaints.

Like many reviewers here, I would give Oak and Apple zero stars if I could. I was pressed to move by the end of the month, so I continued with the application process despite my better judgement and the recommendations from friends and those online. Oak and Apple is impossible to get in contact with. I was left without an email response after 2 business days (plus the weekend). I also left multiple voicemails that were not responded to. When I finally got in touch with them, they were rude, dismissive and made everything out to be my fault when all I was looking for was clarification on a few things to feel comfortable signing a contract. Im now out over $600 because of their poor communication skills. Theyll respond to this and say Im crazy, but WATCH OUT for these scammers. Run far and fast.

Worst place to rent from they will keep your damage deposit and after that completely ghost you without even telling you whats going on DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE they will rip you off and steal your money :recent update oak and apple owened this property never gave back my damage deposit or any info about it sold the property now they want me to chase these two people for my money do not rent from this company they are a scam and not honest what they should do for me is give me my damage deposit and then hunt down these people there its not my problem they sold the property and should have gave me my money way before doing so theres a comment below saying they dont ghost people dont believe that its a lie

Awe when I went to pay for my application and apply, the 2 women working were extremely friendly, big beautiful smiles, they both were very warming & easily approachable to talk with they laughed with me, made me feel so comfortable.
