Veronica is the best therapist I have ever had...I felt safe, "heard" and grew in knowledge about myself because of our sessions. I also found the opportunity to learn DBT skills in the group sessions incredibly helpful. I highly recommend.

Michelle and Veronica are excellent therapists. Very compassionate, empathetic and kind. Michelle is a social worker and Veronica is a marriage and family counsellor. They both have years of experience with DBT, and they make a great team. If you're looking for DBT and/or individual therapy services, I highly recommend Floating Bridge!

Amazing therapists and program. Positively life changing. I was terrified to start DBT therapy, but was made to feel welcome, comfortable, and accepted immediately. As someone who has been trying to navigate through the mental health system for a loooooong time, I can honestly say that Floating Bridge has been the easiest to work with AND most effective treatment I have ever experienced.

Vero was incredibly helpful during a difficult time in my life. She demonstrated a high degree of professionalism while also being supportive and relatable.
