        Reception staff are incompetent. I waited two weeks for a phone appointment. Only to found out it was in person. I told them it doesn't say so at my end. They said but it says so on our end . Maybe I should work there so I can see what they see at their end, since they can't deliver the information to my end. . Waisted two weeks for nothing.

        Great office - atmosphere is calm and inviting. I have had the best experience here with my Doctor who is kind and professional. Highly recommend Four Seasons Medical so thankful for this clinic.

        I Have Been Waiting A Year To See Dr. Minuk. He Has Left His Location On Grosvenor And Cancelled All Of His Upcoming Appointments. He Is Completely Irresponsible And His Assistant Is Unable To Understand How He Has Inconvenienced His Patients. After Waiting For A Year For An Appointment They Don't Have Any Record Of Any Appointment. I WILL Be Making A Formal Complaint To The College Of Physicians And Surgeons In Regards To Dr. Minuk And His Assistant. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
