        Called to get a concrete pad quote and Leslie told me "you'll get better work from another company". As a business owner I would be furious, ashamed and appalled if any employee attempted to direct my customers to another company. Seems to me that you'd have better work from a new employee answering the phones and impacting your cash flow/profits.
