My partner and I had a very positive experience working with him. Darryl is very laid back, patient, personable, and professional. We looked at 18-20 houses with him (sometimes we booked 3-4 viewings in one evening at my request), and at each one there was no pressure to commit. He walked us through every step of the house hunting process and advised us on reasonable offers to make. He knows the city VERY well and is more than willing to share his knowledge. I'm very glad Darryl was our realtor for our first home purchase.

Excellent Realtor. Very professional, highly knowledgeable, and awesome interpersonal skills. I would argue that he is one of the best, if not the best, realtor in Winnipeg. He will fully support you in finding you the right home even in this challenging housing market.

Darryl is a highly professional realtor. Not only does provide a great service but also makes sure to protect his client. Darryl is also very knowledgeable in terms to investment and rental properties and happily shares his knowledge; I have been working with Darryl for a couple years now. I have done multiple deals with him and every deal Darryl made worry free process. Darryl always makes his best to provide a honest answer to my questions within short period of time. He never hides any information, either positive or negative from his client. I would 100% recommend Darryl to anyone, and I will be continuing doing any future deals with him.
