We had the privilege of working with Tracy Mainland Kramble in the summer/fall of 2021, when we were looking for a commercial property. She had us on the hot list, so that as soon as a property that matched our needs became available, we would be informed. She worked quickly and diligently with the seller to get us a deal that we were very happy with. She helped us find a lawyer, communicate with the municipality, and guide us through the process of our new business venture. Even after the deal was complete, she went above and beyond to answer questions, help with documentation, find information for us, and so on. Tracy was always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Tracy was amazing throughout the sale of my home and the purchase of my condo. It was not easy during COVID and it was harder to get financing for me because I was a new business owner, but Tracy really helped me every step of the way. Positive, friendly, always able to answer to texts. She was just the best. Highly recommend her as your next realtor.

Okay, if you are looking to buy a new place call Tracy. Like seriously. I cant say enough good things about her. I had Tracy help me buy my first place this year and she was extremely helpful. She was always patient when it came to looking at places. She gave me all the details on places I was interested in, good or bad. She didnt try to hide anything just gave me the facts. She took the time to really figure out what I liked about some places and then would try to show me places that fit my taste. When it came time to put in bids she made sure I was absolutely certain and that I loved the place. If you arent sure of a place she can tell and will guide you to the right place for you. She is great at her job and really makes the whole process so easy. So if you are reading this and on the fence, just call her and you wont regret it. 10/10 highly recommend.
