Carla is absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, my experience with her was flawless. I was a first time home buyer, knew virtually nothing about houses; her expertise was exactly what I needed! Each time we met to see a home, she came thoroughly prepared and took the time to answer my numerous (numerous) questions about MANY different homes. I have no idea how she fit me in time and time again, but she was always available. Above all else, she is so personable and truly cares about you. It is clear that she takes pride in her work and enjoys working with her clients. Thank you for the many laughs, Carla! Professional, well-informed, courteous, empathetic, timely, reliable.
