Ryan was amazing to work with. He was so personable and very knowledgeable about the buying and selling industry. He not only sold our condo in a pandemic but also found us our dream home in a great area (Also during the pandemic). We loved how honest he was with us while we were looking for the right home and trusted his expertise ! Its great when your realtor not only is fantastic at his job but truly has a passion for it. He made the process so easy! We would highly recommend !!!

Whatever I say will be less and understatement. I was referred 3 names and don't know for what reason I picked Ryan and I am so glad that I did. Ryan is very knowledgeable and diligent in his work. He provided us with all the options at every point of decision making and advised us when we needed it the most. He never tried to push anything onto us. He let us make our own decision but gave in-depth analysis, pros and cons of the issue at hand. Coming from construction background, he could see what we couldn't. He has excellent negotiation skills. Besides all of what I said above, what I really liked and appreciated about Ryan was his prompt responsiveness and transparency. I would recommend Ryan any given day and would wish him luck in his career.
