Working with Bobby made buying my house so much less stressful than it could have been. He was always available and helpful, never pressuring me on making an offer on any particular houses. And he always listened to what I really wanted and provided available options that matched up well to that. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.

Horrible and unprofessional experience dealing with Bobby. Purchased his Lipton street listing. Had to delete my previous review and repost as his response claimed we never did business together. (LIES!) ZERO follow up on his part and I had to chase him to try and purchase this home. And yes, I spoke to the owners family about my experience. At least you got double the commission acting as dual agency! You're welcome!
