        "Denis-Michel Thibeault exceeded all of our expectations: friendly, available, committed, patient, knowledgeable and honest. Especially with us being from another country, it's really hard to buy a house in Canada. However, Denis took the time to understand our needs, explained to us how houses function, helped us find homes suiting our needs like location and budget, as well as guided us through the process of offering, bidding and negotiating. We dont' feel like we have a realtor, we feel like we have a friend who helped us turn our dream into reality. We highly recommend Denis, he's the best!"

        Our family regret dealing with Rose. While we cannot comment on our current situation at this time, we find Rose very untrustworthy and do not recommend her to another soul for purchasing a home. You'll regret it like we did. Please do your due diligence and consider all your options for agent representation. Edit: This agent hid all her negative reviews on social media. That should tell you something. Be warned.
