Sebastian has provided a very great help in our search for a home to purchase. He had been diligently showing us various houses around until we finally found what we were looking for. He did not rush us in making decisions instead, he made sure that we see various options first to determine what we really want for a house. In showing us the houses, he took time to discuss the good things and the flaws that the houses have as well as what is happening in the market. What I liked most about him is that he taught us what to look for that may potentially result to additional costs for repair and improvement that a person would not normally know or notice to be an issue. He is a good person who cares about peoples happiness in getting a home that they deserve. We are extremely grateful to him in this journey because it did not take us long to get a home.
