Having Andrew as a realtor made the selling of our old house and the purchasing of our new home very easy and stress free. His all-around knowledge of the condition of houses was superb. He used his own experience to let us know what to look for and what to avoid in a home. He is very easy to work with, very professional and easy to talk to. He made everything go very smoothly. A highlight of working with him is he made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. From the first time we met him we felt confident that he would do whatever he could to find the right house for us. Whenever we had questions we could text or call him, and he would respond as soon as he had time. He worked around our schedules; before he booked a showing he would ask us if the day and time worked for us and if we couldn't make it then he would accommodate us. Excellent experience working with Andrew. He was incredibly patient throughout and was always quick to reply and line up a showing for me. At no point did I feel like he was pressuring me to buy or overbid on a property. He was also very informative when evaluating houses, pointing out issues or potential issues consistently. Working with Andrew was FANTASTIC. My fianc and I came to Andrew at the height of the housing market craziness. His expertise, patience and guidance truly got us through the worst market (maybe ever). We looked for 7 months and through it all, Andrew answered all our questions and made it a whole lot of fun, despite the market challenges. As first-time home buyers, Andrew coached us through every aspect of the process, helping us make responsible, informed decisions. He promptly responded to all of our messages and phone calls and always made time for us whenever we needed him. When we finally found our dream home, he helped us close the deal and didnt hesitate to support us with everything that happens after paperwork is signed. Andrew was always in our corner. Not only is Andrew a wealth of knowledge, hes just a good human. He made our home-buying process digestible and fun. We cant recommend Andrew enough!
