If you guys are looking for a house around the Winnipeg area, Matthew and his associates are the way to go. Within 2 months, they found us our first home, in the town we wanted. It was only our 5th viewing! Moved in within a month of writing the offer! They are friendly, quick, professional, helpful, the list goes on. They are amazing to deal with, whether you are looking to sell your home, looking for your first home, for a rental property etc, they will help you out! Highly recommend working with them. Matt and the rest of the team are true professionals. We started our search for a home under what can only be described as very difficult market conditions. Matt must have shown us 30+ homes before we were able to close on a home that will meet the needs of our family. His approach was logical and well considered and kept us within our budget. I highly recommend Matthew as a realtor! He goes above and beyond to help his clients throughout the whole process. He is extremely generous with his time and knowledge. As a first-time home-buyer, the process seemed intimidating at first, but, Matthew made the process easy. He kept us informed and walked us through each step of the way.
