We used real estate agent Casey Morrissette (Royal LePage) to sell our Royalwood condo. We cant say enough on how great he was to work with. He took the time to discuss the process, work out a listing price that was both competitive and beneficial to us. He was able to sell our condo within two weeks but didnt stop there. He provided moving info. to help assist us with packing and moving to our new place. Casey was very professional making the entire experience stress free. We probably wouldn't have closed the deal on our home if it wasn't for Casey. He understood from the beginning what we were looking for and was patient enough to take us to different homes and wait for the perfect match to happen. It was our first time buying a home and he did walk us through the process demonstrating knowledge and the confidence we needed. He was very knowledgeable of the area we wanted to buy a home in and had a good relationship with other realtors. We were fortunate to find him and have him as our realtor. Even my little one loves him and got excited every time we told him we'd see a new house with Casey. I highly recommend his services no matter if you're a first-time homebuyer or if you've been in the market before.

Casey has been with us on the journey to find our perfect second home for almost two years now and we could not have asked for a better realtor.
