Sam is a very attentive knowledgeable real estate agent. He goes an extra mile to make sure you find exactly what you are looking for. He has strong attention to detail and several times he raised awareness about details I had not seen in the houses we were visiting. Details about house construction and neighborhood impacts the decision of buying a house or not. His commitment with customer satisfaction is something rare to see nowadays. We visited several houses until we found the kind of house we wanted, in the region we were looking for, and within the budget. Sam Helped me with all procedures of buying a house. He clarified the details and the steps that should be followed. Moreover, He provided an excellent customer service. He was always available to answer questions and explain what was not clear.
